Delivery & Processing options

We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them!

Processing options

We offer 2 processing options:

  • Standard Processing
    • Standard processing times are 5 - 7 days. This includes time for our logistics team to acquire the best quality lenses for you and our technicians to process and cut your lenses for your selected frame. Your brand new glasses will then be beautifully packed and ready to be dispatched.

 

  • Express Processing (UK customers Only)
    • Express processing times are 3-5 days. This expedites all the procedures in the supply chain, making sure our lens manufacturer produces and sends the lenses to us as soon as possible (if custom). We then prioritise your order while making sure its still at the highest quality and standard. Your brand new glasses will then be beautifully packed and ready to be dispatched.

 

Delivery options

Find out more about the delivery services we offer:

  • UK Delivery
    • After processing All UK Orders are dispatched and delivered within 24hrs. This would be via Royal Mail Tracked 24 courier services or DPD Next-day Service.

 

  • International Delivery
    • After processing International Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times (excluding processing) for European customers are 3-5 business days. For customers in the rest of World are 6-7 business days.

 

  • Click & Collect
    • Click and Collect services are available via Royal Mail for UK customers Only.

 

Good to know

All UK and International delivery options are fully tracked and we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

You can also track your orders through My Account.

If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.

If you provide a valid mobile number, our delivery partner will also send you SMS delivery notifications.

Please note, during busy periods some delivery options may not be available. Choose Fastest Delivery at the checkout to get your order as soon as possible.
