Blue light blocking glasses have a specially crafted coating on the lense that are said to block or filter out the blue light given off from digital screens. The lenses protect your eyes from glare and can help reduce potential damage to your retina from prolonged exposure to blue light.
Don’t worry you can still purchase your order. Click the ‘Enter Prescription Later’ option when selecting you lens on the product page. We’ll send you a follow up email to check if you have your prescription. If you’ve misplaced your prescription, you’ll need to call or visit your local optician who will inform you of your prescription which can then be relayed to us. If you need any assistance during this process, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Your PD (pupillary distance) number is the distance between your eyes, measured between the centre points on your pupils. We need your PD measurement to ensure your glasses fit you perfectly. If you do not have this you can contact your Opticians who will provide it for you, or you can measure it yourself- See Blog page-Measuring you PD.

We are extremely proud of our frames and lenses, the only reason they cost less is because of our business model. We eliminate all the unnecessary elements of the supply chain to provide high quality glasses without the excessive prices. There is no reason glasses should cost more than a phone because of a brand imprint on the temple area, particularly when the same materials and styles are sold for a fraction of the price.
We provide a default lens of 1.56 refractive index (To understand what this means visit our ‘lense’ blog-page). This is generally ideal for most prescriptions; thinner lenses only become a necessity with specific prescription. If you have a high prescription or would simply prefer a thinner lense please contact us to discuss further.
